This includes individual training programmes to follow outside of your coached sessions, as well as personalised nutritional advice to support your journey. One to One Personal Training

Pre- and Post-Natal Training

Childbirth is often physically demanding and requires a lot of energy especially if this is your first child. There are many reasons why it's a good idea to keep in shape during pregnancy. Our couples training sessions are not just for those who are a ‘couple’! If you would like to have a ‘results buddy’ to help keep you accountable and help you push through your sessions, whilst reducing the cost of working with a coach, this is for you.
Semi Private Personal Training
We realise that some people love to train in groups. This service is not an exercise class. This is Personal Training delivered in small groups of 4-6 people exclusively. Our groups will have a goal specific focus, such as sports related or fat loss so contact us with your requirements and we’ll let you know what we have running or whether we can start a group suitable for you.
